I am having a problem with 1 of a redundant pair of servers. The CPU usage has shot up to > 90%. I have checked out the resource monitor on the server and confirmed that Java is the only process consuming any measurable amount of resources.
Checking the console on the gateway shows that the only threads using a significant amount of resources are two threads: http-8088-1 & http-8088-10
I have had to restart the gateway to restore functionality so all I have is a couple of screen shots and a thread dump file.

What version of Ignition are you currently running?
Currently we are running 7.5.10. Both servers are running windows server 2008 r2.

This appears to be an issue that has been fixed for 7.5.12. You can download the RC from the “early access” section of the downloads. The final should be released within another 2 weeks.
The problem comes from having the same tag defined multiple times in a tag history query. If you can track down where that is happening, you can avoid the issue for now. Otherwise, installing 7.5.12 is the easiest way to go.
Once it starts happening, unfortunately only restarting the gateway will help.
