The Designer will not open and gives a 'could not create the Java
Virtual Machine' error
Problem
An Java error occurs when you try to open the Designer. Error: 'could not
create the Java Virtual Machine'
Resolution
'Designer Memory' setting is too high. It is located in the Gateway
Configure section under 'Gateway Settings.' Reset it to 512mb and click
the save button.
