We offer you the first truly no-hassle licensing system. When you download FactorySQL or FactoryPMI it is fully functional. The only limitation is that FactorySQL groups will stop and FactoryPMI clients will time out after two hours. But they can be restarted any number of times, forever.
The FactorySQL configuration client and the FactoryPMI web-launched designer never time out. This affords you the ability to develop and test all your applications without ever purchasing the software. Only after you actually deploy your application will you need to purchase and activate the FactorySQL and/ or FactoryPMI software.
Activation can be accomplished over the Internet, by email or by phone and activations can easily be moved from machine to machine. A FactoryPMI activation is per server, not by processor, and there is no limitation on the number of concurrent clients that can be launched. FactorySQL is likewise activated by the server, not the processor, and there is no limitation on the amount of data you can transfer to and from PLCs.

A web demo is a live 45 minute demonstration of Inductive Automation's products. The demonstration is held over GoToMeeting, a program that allows you to view the presenter's desktop. You do not need to install any software prior to the demonstration. You can have multiple people attend the demonstration.
The demonstration covers the basics of FactorySQL and FactoryPMI. You will learn how to read data from a PLC and store it into a database using FactorySQL. You will then display that data in FactoryPMI. Once the demo is completed you will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. Even if you choose not to use Inductive Automation's products you will still learn something about Enterprise Integration.
