I’ve managed to replicate some strange behavior, but it will take me some time to investigate. I just want to let you know that I am actively working on this, and that it is a high priority. I’m fairly convinced that there is a deadlock somewhere in the OPC system, which is leading to the “not enough quota” issue. I’ve managed to make it happen a few times, so hopefully I can track it down soon.
