 Re: mobile error
What version of Ignition are you using (very important for us to know )? Also, check to see if accepting cookies is enabled.

 Re: mobile error
I just checked internally, we did have an issue with the mobile module in version 7.5. I am showing that it has been fixed for version 7.5.1. You can download the latest beta release from our website, that would be 7.5.1-beta4.

 Re: mobile error
I am also experiencing the same issue. I know prior to 7.5 mobile was working fine. We use Blackberry and iPhones for all of our users and all get the same error as described. We applied 7.5.1 beta5 today and still get the same issue. java.io.EOFException. Any other suggestions to try?
The devices have "Accept Cookies" turned on as well as "run java script" as on.

 Re: mobile error
I have found the source of the issue to be Java 7 that was loaded onto our Ignition server. If I run Java 6 and 7 on the server the error persists but works fine once Java7 is unloaded.
At this point my mobile devices are working as normal.

 Re: mobile error
That was going to be my first question, what version of Java are you using?
The mobile module is only working with Java 6
