Writing to plc5 over ethernet

I am using a datalink GW1000-abiep board and your OPC-UA server to talk to an AB plc5 it converts from ethernet to DH+I find that I cannot write to the PLC data unless I set the datalink board to Force messages to single DH+ Node.

ie if I do jno0t have this set I can use an ip + dh+ node like 192.168.1.60,01. It reads data fine but does not set it - giving an unknown error.

However if I force it to route all messages to 01 and use 192.168.160 without the DH+ node then I can write to it.

It doesn’t actually matter currently for me because I have only one board but it seems a mighty shame.

also I found I had to use Zero TNS connection - what’s that all about?

many thanks
