EDIT: Never mind. I found it. 
Just noticed from looking at the wrapper log that it bound itself to the wrong ethernet port for the endpoint.
Maybe I didn’t leave myself enough vacation time… 
EDIT to my EDIT: Ok, I take it back a bit. It works, but I’m still confused about the segmentation error. it only comes up in the install log. Here’s a wrapper log from what’s currently working. There’s a bunch of IOException errors in it.
