using V7.6.4,
when trying to enter text on Filter search or notes component on a Touch screen, the pop up keyboard does not appear:

No way to enter text other than using a keyboard plugged into touchscreen PC.
Have you tried clicking on the little keyboard docked on the upper left hand corner of the mobile client?
This is not a mobile client, but a Hope Industrial Touch screen connected to an HP Thin Client PC.
There have been previous issues with Ignition text components not recognizing a touch screen configuration. V7.5.10 had this issue with pop up text input component.
