No time saved in easy chart save

Ignition 7.6.0 (b1875)

Have a historical easy chart with tags stored at minute intervals and start-end interval is exactly one day.

Chart renders fine, however when saved to xls the data looks like this

Everything looks right (data count) however time is missing all HH:MM:SS data. Other posts indicate it could be data format in xls but this is not the case.

Have not been able to work out the cause.

I would have to see how you configured your easy chart. It might be best to call in for this.

You can ignore this - I’m using Openoffice and it is the usual lack of XML standard that is causing this on import.

As a workaround I have a template button which automatically reads the chart pens and exports to CSV.
