Binding use bounds to 2 numerical text fields

I need to bind a set point value “use bounds” properties to a min and max all are numerical text fields.
I can only see how to do this with 1 numerical text field not 2.
Or is this done with expression rather than property binding?

With the “use bounds” option you can force entered values to be between the properties Minimum and Maximum.
