Client tag health problem doesn't automatically clear

I have a client trying to read a tag with a Config Error quality problem. I fixed the problem (the ControlLogix plc tag was set to ‘No External Access’), but the tag continues to be unreadable. Is there some kind of reset that needs to be performed. I’d rather not restart the gateway, if possible, because it is logging data continuously for multiple clients.

You can try to disable/enable the tag in the tad editor. If this does not work you can try doing an edit/save on the device in the gateway. However, when doing this you will lose communication with your tags from this device while the connection is re established.
